Active ingredients, one per line, with percent by weight

Use the name exactly as it appears on your label. The examples are invented. You do not need to enter a confidential formula: names and label percentages are enough.

Inert (other) ingredients, one per line; percent optional

List every inert by name; the rule requires each to be named on the label.

Label text and marketing claims (front, back, and any website copy)

What this check is and is not. It is a mechanical comparison against the federal rule text and EPA's published guidance, with each finding cited so you can verify it. It cannot see your actual formula, judge whether a claim is misleading in context, or tell whether a food-use product needs a tolerance. A clean result here is not an EPA or state determination. Most states also require their own registration of 25(b) products, with their own documents, fees and label rules.
