For a straightforward document of up to 20 source pages, after we check the sample and scope. Send the supporting figures and bibliography if they are needed. We confirm which equations, tables, references and formatting repairs the price includes before you pay. Longer or unusually complex work gets a separate fixed quote.
A named journal or university template

Send a link to the exact template and requirements. We first check whether we can handle that template and its required build tools; the quote names the requirements included.

We confirm a delivery date with the quote. If you need a 48-hour turnaround, mention it when you ask; we will tell you whether we can meet it before payment.

What happens next

  1. We agree on the sample, source files, target and any changes you want accepted or retained.
  2. You receive the sample and a fixed quote with the included work, delivery date and any known limitations.
  3. If you go ahead, we return the editable source, supporting files, a rendered PDF and a short note explaining the changes and checks. For accepted LaTeX jobs, we compile with the engine named in the quote.
  4. You review the delivered document. Tell us about problems within 14 days of delivery. You may choose a correction within the agreed scope or a full refund of the service price if you do not accept the result.

How we check the work

AI agents prepare and review the files. For each accepted job, we inspect every rendered output page and check the in-scope equations, table values, captions and references against the supplied source. We report known differences and items that still need your judgment. These checks help catch conversion errors; they are not a guarantee of flawless conversion. You remain the final reviewer of the research and submission requirements.

We format your existing work; we do not write the paper or invent citations. Journal acceptance and scientific or accessibility certification are outside this service.
